As Co-founder of M N S S & Associates, Mrunal brings aboard a trove of informed knowledge and experience. He has a legacy of co-leading tax & regulatory practices of three-decade-old firms. Mrunal, a commerce graduate and qualified practicing chartered accountant, has about 15 years of experience advising domestic clients and MNCs. He gained work experience in the corporate tax practice of B S R & Co, Mumbai (member firm of KPMG) before joining his private practice. Along his professional journey, Mrunal has worked directly with large reputed international law firms and service providers. He has lectured on- Tax Treaties and Transfer Pricing at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Presently, he is a member of the Direct Tax Committee of Gujarat Chambers & Commerce (an apex Trade Body in Gujarat, India). He was a Member of the Public relation Committee Chamber of Tax Consultants (Mumbai), ICAI -WIRC (Direct tax committee), and Executive committee of Chartered Accountants Association (Ahmedabad).
As Co-founder of M N S S & Associates, Nehal brings forth seasoned knowledge in his domain of expertise. A former Associate Partner at EY, one of the big four consulting firms, Nehal has over 18 years of experience as a chartered accountant and providing client guidance on taxation, exchange control, and other regulatory issues. This journey over a decade-long stint at EY saw him handle various roles in the Tax & Regulatory vertical, led the M&A, Tax, and Private Family office practice in the Gujarat Region.
Nehal is passionate about working with promoters and mentoring Start-Up Founders towards assisting them in their journey of growth in building scalable business models.
