To the extent permitted by applicable law, MNSS Integration and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Application.
Any applicable limitations of liability may also be governed by separate agreements between the service provider and the organization using the Application.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available through the Application or this page.
Continued use of the Application following an applicable update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law and contractual requirements.
15. Governing Terms
Any governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution process, or other contractual terms applicable to your use of the Application may be established by the agreement between the relevant organization and MNSS Integration or its service provider.
